She is associated as Professor and Dean-Student Welfare at Asian Law College, Noida. She completed her doctoral research in the area of Employee Engagement from the School of Business and Management, Jaipur National University, Jaipur. Her research focused on analysing the antecedents and consequences of Employee Engagement in the Organised Retail Segment. She is a postgraduate in HR and Marketing and is University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test qualified in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations. She also holds a degree in Commercial Secretarial Practice from the Commercial Secretarial Institute, Delhi. She has an experience of more than 18 years in corporate and academics. Prior to joining ALC, she was associated with B-Schools and management institutes, where she imparted valuable knowledge towards the overall growth of students as well as the organisations she served.
