She is an HR professional with rich experience of more than 18 years in the corporate and education sectors. Prior to joining ALC, she has worked with various B-Schools and reputed companies. She also has considerable industry exposure in international business. She has participated in many seminars and conferences, which keeps her well connected with her area of specialisation.
